Who We Are
Founded by two visionary African American women with decades of experience in community strategy, policy design, and stakeholder relations, Equity Impact Partners is grounded in deep local knowledge and a passion for results that benefit everyone.
From political campaigns to regional transit planning, our founders have led initiatives that bring together governments, businesses, and residents to drive bold, balanced progress. Equity Impact Partners was born out of this experience—with a focus on building systems that serve people first.
